On August 1, 2024, the National Research Foundation of Ukraine and the SSI "Institute for Single Crystals" of NAS of Ukraine signed a contract for the execution of the scientific project "Development of new materials based on supramolecular systems for biomedical and veterinary applications".

Based on the victory in the competition "Infrastructures for advanced research" (decision of the Scientific Council of the National Research Foundation of Ukraine on June 27, 2024, protocol No. 20), a contract No. 262/0003 was signed on August 1, 2024. Under this contract, the team of scientists from the SSI "Institute for Single Crystals" of NAS of Ukraine received grant support for conducting research in the fields of materials science and supramolecular chemistry. The main goal of the project is the development of new materials for medical, biological, and veterinary applications, specifically based on supramolecular systems of the "host-guest" type, as well as rotaxane and pseudorotaxane structures. In collaboration with the National Research Foundation, the SSI "Institute for Single Crystals" of NAS of Ukraine will continue to contribute to the advancement of science and technology, aiming to achieve significant results for Ukraine and the international scientific community.
